I focus on helping with computer problems that can’t be fixed just by bringing your device to a local shop. For instance:-
a) You cannot connect your laptop to your printer
b) A new device won’t link to your current home broadband service

I can support clients who experience a variety of digital challenges for a variety of different reasons:-
- Visual impairment including blindness (needing use of screenreaders or audio description)
- Hearing loss
- Cognitive impairments resulting from learning difficulties such as Dyslexia and those who are autistic or have ADHD/ADD
- Digital exclusion due to lack of access to items and/or training in how to use them
