Julia has been providing an individual IT Support and Tuition service to home computer users throughout Streatham and surrounding areas during the past 10 years, with many of these being regular clients over 5 years.
Julia has experience in helping complete beginners to computing, the elderly and those who need a slower pace of learning – having supported organisations including Community TechAid*, Clear Community Web*, Mosaic Clubhouse* and IT Can Help* as a outreach volunteer.
Most recently (in April and May 2022) Julia worked with a project called LiveIT which researched the poorly-addressed digital needs of those with cognitive impairments (for example those resulting from dyslexia, brain injury, learning disability or dementia)

Consultations with Julia can be made from her office within Hideaway Workspace, which is conveniently situated in Streatham opposite the station.
…. as well as her famously popular in-home consultations, which allow for the provision of holistic IT support where the troubleshooting of connection issues can be more easily made – for example a printer to a home wi-fi network.
