If you see the above when you press

…. then you’ve probably been seeing messages advising you that your version of Windows is NOT supported anymore like this:

You can:-
A. Consider buying a new PC which comes with Windows 11 (occasionally it may come with 10 and prompt/allow you to upgrade it to 11)
B. Ignore the message and continue using your PC with the greatly increased risks involved – I would discourage the use of any internet shopping, banking and using an email client – web-based mail is safest
3. Ask Julia to review whether your PC is worth upgrading to Windows 10 or 11 from as little as £60
